I bought this tree for my green cheek conure and I am very satisfied with the customer service and overall product. Before sending the tree, the seller sent me a picture of what the tree looked like. I notified them that they missed one of my personalization preferences but they fixed it right away and shipped it within a week. The seller responds quickly and communicates well about the conceptualisation and building of the order. The tree came in a medium sized box and you assemble the tree yourself. It was really easy to build (it came with numbered stickers to identify which branch goes where) and it came with some rope and glue. It has a solid base and is super sturdy. Note that the order took 4 months to arrive to me in Quebec. Overall super satisfied with the purchase!!
